The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 5G presents a sleek slate that measures 77.6 mm wide, 162.8 mm tall and just 8.2 mm thick, fitting comfortably in the hand at 218 grams. Its front is dominated by a 6.86‑inch Color AM‑OLED panel that delivers a sharp 1440 by 3120 pixel resolution, offering vivid colors and deep contrast for everything from streaming video to detailed graphics. The device keeps things simple with a single SIM slot, letting users focus on one line of service without the complexity of dual‑card management.

Inside, the phone runs Google Android 15, branded as Vanilla Ice Cream, and is powered by 12 GiB of RAM, ensuring smooth multitasking and responsive app performance. A 5000 mAh battery sits at the core, providing ample endurance for a full day of use, while wired charging tops up the cell at a steady 15 watts. As its name suggests, the handset supports 5G connectivity, letting users tap into the latest network speeds wherever coverage is available.

This variant

Compared with the base Galaxy S25 Ultra 5G, this model upgrades the memory to 16 GiB of RAM, giving noticeably more headroom for heavy multitasking and demanding apps. It also ships with a 1 TB internal storage option, far exceeding the base configuration, and is finished in a Jet Black hue that is not offered on the standard release. The device adds UW capability and is tuned for TD‑LTE KR networks, while retaining the core design and display specifications of the Ultra line.

When placed alongside the other Ultra 5G variants, this Korean‑spec unit stands out by combining a single‑SIM slot with UW support—a pairing absent from the dual‑SIM models aimed at Canada, Japan, China/HK/TW or global markets. Most 1TB versions elsewhere keep the 12 GiB RAM found in the base phone, whereas this variant bumps memory to 16 GiB, matching only the CN/HK/TW 1TB model but differing in region, SIM configuration and finish. The Jet Black color and KR‑specific TD‑LTE band further set it apart from the UW‑enabled Japanese models that carry different carrier tags and storage sizes.
