This variant

This variant is tailored for the Japanese market and, unlike many of its JP‑specific siblings, retains a single SIM slot while foregoing the Ultra Wideband (UW) radio found in models such as the SM‑S938D, SM‑S938J and SM‑S938Q editions.

It ships with 256 GB of internal storage, matching the base model’s memory capacity but differing from other JP offerings that step up to 512 GB or 1 TB, and it does not provide the dual‑SIM flexibility seen in several regional alternatives.
