The Xiaomi Redmi 7 presents a 6.26‑inch IPS TFT LCD screen that delivers a modest 1520 by 720 pixel resolution, offering clear visuals for everyday use while keeping the device compact enough to fit comfortably in the hand. Running on Google Android 9.0 Pie out of the box, the software provides a familiar interface with access to the latest apps and services from the Play Store.

Under the hood, the phone is equipped with 4 GB of RAM, which helps keep multitasking smooth, and a 4000 mAh battery that aims to support a full day of moderate usage. Its chassis measures 75.58 mm wide, 158.73 mm tall and 8.47 mm thick, weighing in at 180 grams, and it features a single SIM slot for connectivity.

This variant

This variant steps down to 3 GB of RAM compared with the base model’s 4 GB, while offering 64 GB of internal storage. It is configured for the global market and uses a single SIM slot, unlike the Dual SIM versions sold in APAC, India or China.

Compared with the other Global models, it doubles the storage of the 16 GB and 32 GB editions while matching the 3 GB RAM of the 32 GB Global version, and it differs from the APAC 64GB model by targeting a global region rather than APAC, and from the Chinese 64GB variant by having 3 GB RAM instead of 4 GB.
