The Xiaomi Poco F4 5G features a vivid colour AM‑OLED panel that stretches to 6.67 inches, delivering sharp visuals at a resolution of 1080 by 2400 pixels. Its slim frame measures roughly 76 by 163 by 7.7 millimetres and tips the scales at just under 200 grams, making it comfortable to hold despite the generous screen size.
Under the hood, the device runs Google Android 12 (S) and is equipped with 12 GiB of RAM, providing ample headroom for multitasking and demanding apps. Power comes from a 4500 mAh battery, while connectivity is handled through a single SIM slot, keeping the design straightforward yet capable for everyday use.
It comes with 8 GiB of RAM, lower than the base model’s 12 GiB. The body is slightly more compact at 75.95 × 163.2 × 7.7 mm and tips the scales at 195 g. Storage is fixed at 256 GB.
Unlike the India‑focused Premium, Top and Standard editions, this is a Global model.
