The Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro 12.5 arrives as a sizable tablet built around a 12.5‑inch Color IPS TFT LCD panel that delivers a sharp 3200 × 2136 resolution. Running on Google Android 15 (Vanilla Ice Cream) out of the box, it pairs the screen with a generous 16 GiB of RAM, positioning it for smooth multitasking and demanding apps. The single‑SIM slot keeps connectivity straightforward while the device retains the familiar Pad lineage.

Powering the experience is a 10610 mAh battery intended to support extended use between charges. Measuring 279.14 mm by 191.96 mm and just 5.8 mm thick, the slate weighs in at 576 grams, making it relatively slim and light for its screen size. These dimensions and the built‑in battery complete the core specifications of the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro 12.5.

This variant

This Soft Light Top Edition model adds a distinctive finish and ships with 512 GB of internal storage, Wi‑Fi‑only connectivity, and a marginally thicker chassis at 5.85 mm and a weight of 585 g, compared with the base model’s 5.8 mm thickness and 576 g mass.

Compared with the other Soft Light Top Edition offering 1 TB, this version halves the available storage while keeping the same 16 GiB RAM and finish. Against the Premium Edition 512 GB, it upgrades the RAM to 16 GiB and substitutes the Soft Light Top treatment for the Premium trim. Relative to the Standard Edition 256 GB, it doubles the storage and doubles the RAM. Next to the Top Edition 512 GB, it swaps the standard Top finish for the Soft Light Top variant, and versus the Top Edition 1 TB it provides half the storage with identical RAM and thickness. Finally, it outstrips the Premium Edition 256 GB model by delivering more storage, more RAM, and the exclusive Soft Light Top finish.
