The Xiaomi Civi 3 5G presents a slender profile, measuring just 7.56 mm thick with a width of 71.7 mm and a height of 158.75 mm, and it weighs a lightweight 173 grams. At its front lies a 6.55‑inch AMOLED panel that delivers Full HD+ clarity at a resolution of 1080 by 2400 pixels, providing vibrant colours and sharp detail for everyday viewing.
Under the hood, the device runs Google Android 13 (Tiramisu) and is backed by a generous 16 GiB of RAM, ensuring smooth multitasking and responsive performance. Power comes from a 4 500 mAh battery designed to keep the phone going through a typical day, while connectivity is handled via a single SIM slot.
