About Samsung Galaxy S25+

The Samsung Galaxy S25+ features a color AM‑OLED screen measuring 6.66 inches with a resolution of 1440 by 3120 pixels, delivering vivid colors and sharp detail. It runs Google Android 15, referred to as Vanilla Ice Cream, and is equipped with 12 GiB of RAM to support multitasking and demanding applications.

Power comes from a 4900 mAh battery that can be replenished via 15 watt wired charging. The device measures 75.8 by 158.4 by 7.3 millimeters and weighs 190 grams, and it accommodates a single SIM card.

This variant

Unlike the base model, this version steps up to 512 GB of internal storage and adds support for 5G UW (Ultra Wideband) TD‑LTE networks specifically tuned for United States carriers. It is carrier‑locked to Verizon, identified by the SM‑G936V suffix, and carries the model number SM‑S936U.

Compared with the other Galaxy S25+ variants, it is the sole US Verizon offering that combines the higher 512 GB capacity with the UW band; the remaining US models either keep the 256 GB size or pair the 512 GB option with different carrier suffixes (T, A, R4) or lack the UW designation, while the global and regional models are aimed at Canada, Korea, China/HK/TW or worldwide markets and do not include the UW specification.
