The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G presents a sleek slate with dimensions of 75.2 by 161.6 by 8.3 millimetres and a weight of 192 grams, making it comfortable to hold. Its front is dominated by a 6.67‑inch colour AM‑OLED panel that delivers a resolution of 1080 by 2400 pixels, offering vivid colours and deep blacks typical of the technology.

Under the hood the device runs Google Android 10 and is equipped with 8 GiB of RAM, providing smooth multitasking. Power comes from a 4300 mAh battery that supports wired charging at up to 9 watts, and the phone accommodates a single SIM card for connectivity.

The SM‑N981U1 is the US‑market TD‑LTE version of the Note 20 5G, featuring the Canvas C1 5G badge and 128 GB of internal storage. Unlike the base model’s Android 10, this variant ships with a generic Android release whose version number is not specified.
