The Vivo S1 presents a 6.53‑inch Color IPS TFT LCD screen that delivers a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 by 2340 pixels, giving images sharp detail and vivid colours. Its chassis measures 75.93 mm wide, 161.97 mm tall and 8.54 mm thick, and it tips the scales at 189 grams, making it a comfortably sized handset for everyday use.
Inside, the device runs Google Android 9.0 Pie and is equipped with 6 GiB of RAM, paired with 128 GB of internal storage for apps, media and files. Power comes from a 3940 mAh battery, and the phone supports a single SIM card for cellular connectivity.
The Vivo S1 Prime swaps the base model’s IPS LCD for a vivid AM‑OLED panel that measures 6.38 inches diagonally while keeping the Full HD+ resolution. It runs Android 10 instead of Android 9, steps up to 8 GiB of RAM, and houses a larger 4500 mAh battery. The chassis is slightly more compact at 75.19 × 159.25 × 8.68 mm and weighs 190 grams.
Compared with the China‑market dual‑SIM variants, this APAC‑specific Prime edition offers a single‑SIM configuration, doubles the RAM to 8 GiB, upgrades to Android 10 and a higher‑capacity battery, and features the AM‑OLED display rather than the LCD found in the other models.
